人日快乐~香酥剥皮鱼

家里买了几条剥皮鱼,除了油炸,煎和豆瓣酱,
就没什么新鲜感了。所以又上网找了食谱。
这道香酥剥皮鱼很好吃,是因为它加了香油葱酥。


食谱来自

材料

剥皮鱼。。。1尾
米酒。。。2匙
盐巴。。。少许
白胡椒粉。。。少许
地瓜粉。。。40公克(我用粟米粉)
沙拉油。。。1匙半(我用橄榄油)
蒜碎。。。2匙
红辣椒碎。。。1匙
青葱粒。。。1根
油葱酥。。。3匙

做法

1.剥皮鱼去皮洗净沥干水分后以米酒,白胡椒粉和盐腌制备用。
2.剥皮鱼沾上粟米粉,放到热油锅里炸金黄色。
3.另起锅,下橄榄油至热后倒入蒜碎,红辣椒碎,青葱粒一同炒均匀。
4.再将葱油酥倒入一起炒至香,放到炸好的剥皮鱼上即可。
